2. **Exchange Process:** To initiate an exchange, customers must contact Tim Short Autoplaza within the specified time frame and mileage limit. The vehicle must be returned to the dealership in its original condition, with no damage or excessive wear.

3. **Limitations:** This exchange policy is limited to one exchange per vehicle purchase. The exchanged vehicle must be of equal or greater value, and any price difference will be settled at the time of exchange. If the vehicle is financed, the customer must qualify for financing on a new vehicle. Also, the exchange must be facilitated at the selling dealership.

4. **Non-Refundable Fees:** Any fees associated with the original purchase, such as documentation fees, taxes, and registration fees, are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the exchange.

5. **Exclusions:** This policy does not apply to specialty vehicles, sports cars, vehicles sold "as-is," or vehicles with prior damage or title issues.

6. **Final Decision:** Tim Short Autoplaza reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.

- Transmission (manual and automatic)

- Drive axle (front and rear)

3. **Exclusions:** This warranty does not cover:

- Wear-and-tear items
